I struggled. I was in a dark place for a long time. I was in pain, and I masked it with alcohol.  I was contemplating hurting myself.  I finally decided to reach out and ask for help, and I am grateful I did. FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program saved my life. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819.

Happy Monday everyone. I want to express my condolences to the family of Tyre Nichols. His death at the hands of law enforcement officers shocked the nation. This is not a reflection on the entire law enforcement profession as a whole.

Organizational culture played a key role in this horrific event, and in my opinion, an investigation into the entire department needs to take place. My guess is that this is systemic within the agency and ultimately The Chief of Police is responsible for the culture of an organization, good or bad.

What is the culture within your organization?

While the Chief was in front of the media preparing citizens before the release of the videos, the buck stopped with the Chief.

Hopefully, justice will be served in this incident.

Go out and do the best job you can and please be safe.
