Ep. 484: Training and mental health resilience with nicole florisi

Nicole Florisi | Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast

So excited to have my friend Nicole Florisi on the show. Having spent many years in Law Enforcement she is now the Subject Matter Expert for Law Enforcement at VirTra. She is also a clinician and she knows the challenges that first responders face from a mental health perspective.

In this episode, we talk about some of the challenges for Police Officers when it comes to training and we also take a deep dive into the mental health aspect of first responders and what they can do to keep their mental health in check.

A great who with an amazing guest.
