You know when I was in some of my darkest places I was ashamed and fearful of initially reaching out for help. As a first responder, I was taught and encouraged to bury my issues. You know what I am talking about. The hardest thing I did was reach out, and I am forever grateful I did. I was also very afraid of what others might think of me. Family and Friends. I then came to realize that I didn’t care what others might think of me because my health and wellbeing were more important. I was grateful for the outpouring of support and love from family and friends.

Stop worrying about what others think. Sure we all want to be accepted but remember YOU you need to work on YOU first so you can be better for others.

Please be safe and stay tuned for more great guests on the CJEvolution Podcast
