James Davidson FBI

Hello everyone and welcome back to the show.

We continue to grow because of you the listener and supporter. Please rate and review the show on iTunes. Give us that 5-star rating. Also, don’t forget to check out WMAP Radio. You can hear me at 8pm EST on www.wmapradio.com

In this episode Patrick welcomes James Davidson.

Jim is a former FBI agent with many years of dedicated service. Jim is also the President of Protect the FBI. This is a 501(c)(4), social welfare organization. Protect the FBI™ is a non-partisan movement composed of former FBI employees and concerned citizens dedicated to safeguarding the FBI from partisan politics.

The FBI is no different than other democratic institutions. Its workforce is intended to serve the public. Not Democrats. Not Republicans. Not Presidents.

Join former FBI employees and Americans from all walks of life. Donate or volunteer to keep Republican and Democrat politics out of the FBI while ensuring it remains subject to meaningful, bipartisan oversight.

To fulfill its mission, Protect the FBI will:

  1.   Host “Ask a Former FBI agent,” an online forum, to ensure the public understands the FBI’s vital roles, responsibilities, and actions.
  2.   Obtain pledges from Congressional candidates stating they will oversee the FBI in a meaningful, bipartisan manner that serves the American public, not their political party.
  3.   Connect former FBI agents with their congressional representatives to help them better understand the FBI’s mission to safeguard the country.
  4.   Lobby for legislation that will empower FBI employees to, without fear of reprisal, identify and report violations of law, mismanagement, or abuses of authority, including, if observed, the corrupt influence of partisan politics on the FBI’s decision-making.

Jim et al, I believe we met once or twice, regardless I am a graduate of the FBINA (145th session, 1986) and Past-president of the Ca Chapter, FBINAA (1994). I recently turned in my last set of creds to Placer Co. Sheriff’s Office after 19 years as an extra-help Deputy II which was preceded by 32 years of service as a Ca peace officer with combined local, State and Federal service (my last 9 was with SC FBI/JTTF). I am an honorary member of SC’s Former Special Agents Society which I consider one of the highest honors.

In all my years of service, I found each and every bu agent to be of the highest moral character with the highest regards for fidelity, bravery and integrity to not only OUR country, but other countries as well. Each and every one represented the law enforcement profession with the utmost respect, honor and privilege to serve.

My experiences working in and around the bu were nothing but positive and rewarding. Although I was never a bu agent, I was treated equally with all the same duties, training, travels and assignments equal to my peers. I have three FBI Director’s award, and multiple accolades for my time on the JTTF. I wouldn’t change it for the world, and can only wish my colleagues nothing but the very best honor and respect they deserve.

I retired from FBI Louisville in 2012 as a GS-14 Squad Supervisor of the Field Intelligence Group. I have been extremely upset about how some members of the 7th floor took it upon themselves try to change the results of the presidential election. Personally, I hope that those responsible are punished for their alledged illegal activities.

Thank You Sir for your years of Service. As fellow member of LE Community, I share in your assessment of the SHAME of the behavior of Leadership NOT the rank and file Agents.
